Office design utilized open space concept, with systems' furniture, communications / data-cabling systems. Project cost - $4 million.

100,000 square feet, Building 9 and 10. Conversion of manufacturing facility to high security office area with hi-tech alarm and controlled access security systems. Design included 10,000 square feet computer room (IBM and Honeywell mainframe). Computer room amenities included U.P.S. system, generator backup, and 400-cycle generator system, data cable distribution system to remote CRT throughout the building. Office designs, utilized open space concept, systems furniture, and task lighting. Total project cost - $19 million.
